For the problem with winch ckt, ur solenoid is
almost worn out,2 possible solutions, 1, purchase another solenoid, leave original 1 in, connect the 2nd solenoid as follows, move the wire that comes from ign start ckt to the 2nd solenoid, leave all other connections as they are, run a cable from the battery to the 2nd solenoid's hot terminal and the cable that was originally from the hot battery terminal to the 2nd solenoid's starter output terminal. By doing this the original solenoid will not have to handle the 200 amp starter current directly, but will now be controlled by the contacts on the 2nd solenoid, reducing the load drawn by original solenoid by at least 60-70 %, that way the 2nd solenoid becomes the primary control ckt, this setup is used on International over the road trucks and works very well. I have connected a Case 580 C forklift that way for Mitchell Hardwoods Co. in Waterford, Pa.

Anything I can do to keep my ifrogz wireless headphones from disonnecting during workouts?

Check the wireless settings, make certain they are right. If this has recently developed, it could be that a soldering connection problem inside them. Or even physical damage!

Toxix headphones sometimes only one side works

You can remove the soft bit on the headphones protectin the ear, after that you can remove the plasic inner covering with a very small phillips head screwdriver, then you can see the wires inside and figure out how to fix the problem.

Solder headphone jack

If the wires can be joined see the attached pics for re-joining, just connect the same colours together. Test them to make sure there are no other breaks in the wire. Then solder them together and seal with a waterproof tape or similar. DONT just tape them together this will lead to them coming apart easily.

If they came out of the jack it would be best if you bought a new jack and soldered the wires onto this. Trying to open a factory fitted jack is difficult and you wont be able to seal again properly unless you superglue the jack once you've reconnected it and test them to make sure there are no other breaks in the wire solder the wires to the jack. see attached pics for jack wiring.

No sound coming from iFrogz cs40 headphones Comfort series

No sound from yanked headphones:
Most likely cause is the litz wire has broken off internally from the loudspeaker of the corded entry side.
[1]: Remove ear cushions
[2]: Separate speaker-plate from headphone housing
[3]: Re-solder wire to speaker solder-tab.
The "Litz" wire may have broken behind its solderable bare copper part, in which case you mast clean the end before re-soldering.
The shellac varnish insulation can be scraped off a few mm with a craft knife, or flash-burnt with a flame.
If flash-burning, use pliers or dampened fingers to mask wire as varnish can flash back entire length.
Quite often, the leads are too short once broken, if manufacturer left little slack.
If this is the case, solder and insulate a short length of stranded intercom wire to extend the Litz.

I recently bought the Ifrogz earpollution cs40 headphones at walmart. I have been so far enjoying the headphones. However just days after I bought them, I found there was a problem in the jack. I think a...

It does sound as if the wire has been broken. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if your product's damaged jack is covered under their warranty. They do have a limited warranty that covers defects in manufacturing and if this damage is something that just happened out of the blue and not from any other sort of activity that may have caused the issue, then you should be covered.

The left ear of my ifrogz headphones stopped working! Please help!

one or more of three things might have happen 1. the wire came off the speaker itself 2. the wire has been crushed in some part along the line in some shape or form 3. the wire came off the headphone jack in terms that it was built weak and ment to break to get you to buy more. In all three cases it just takes a bit of soldering and black tape.
