Question about Lexmark Z1420 InkJet Photo Printer
Try re-install the software, be sure you disconnect
the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when
the software install asks you to connect the printer, do so and it should again

Hi, Try to uninstall the printer entirely from your computer using installation disk which you can download from http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=recommendedDownloads&locale=EN&productCode=LEXMARK_Z1420&segment=DOWNLOAD&userlocale=EN_US#1
Once you have uninstalled printer, try to restart printer, disconnect printer from USB port as well. Now try to install from the downloaded driver set for Windows 7.
