In thinking about this, we need to first consider what is different about those systems which gain 3 minutes from those which do not. It is obvious to me that since the auto-sync is the problem and the manual sync works, it is not that the system isn't automatically syncing to the right server, but not really syncing at all....so therefore their must be something wrong with the auto-sync.

Exactly the same happened to me. It either says connecting to server 16% or loading hangouts 64%. Sometimes refreshing the page can help (F5) but other times it won't work. I left mine loading all day and it still didn't work. I'm afraid that there is nothing you can do about it just keep trying in hope that it will eventually work. That's what I did. I hope this was helpfull!
Hi there, When you go into the ipod section on iTunes, click the music tab, make sure 'sync music' is checked and 'selected playlists:' is also, then check the playlist you want to use. Click 'sync' button
If that don't work go back to the summary tab and hit 'restore' and follow the instructions to reset the ipod, resync and all should be fine.
