Try to contact your service provider, there might be some settings that needs to be reconfigured to activate this feature, make sure that the phone that you are sending the photo has activated his/her MMS settings.
Go to menu,Go to settings,Go to sounds settings,Go to alert sounds,now pick the alert you want to get a tone for. It should ask if you want tone or vibrate, hit tone and scrollt o the tone you want to assign to it. Hope this helps.
i had this problem and it turns out i was transfering the music onto the phone wrong my phone was set to mass storage when it should have been set to samsung pc studio after i changed the setting my problem was solved hope this helps
