please go to http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Filter_Results.aspx?strTypes=all&ProductID=948&OSFullName=Windows*+XP+Professional&lang=eng&strOSs=44&submit=Go%21 and donwload all relevant drivers for your motherboard. Also, make a back up disc for future use.

First, visit this website:
Next up select Windows XP Professional as your operating system. Now click, "Drivers." The first result should be the Realtek drivers, which are what you're searching for. Download them. Once they finished downloading open the file and the drivers should be installed automatically.
