Press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds and it should hard reset.

You can return to factory settings. Press "on" button and hold it for 5 second. Then, during boot, press "on" button and hold it for 15-20 second. Repeat this steps 7 more times (8 totally). Then just turn on and watch the restored factory firmware from hidden area.
