Most likely you will need a replacement cartridge to resolve a constant drip. This model uses the M2/M3 cartridge part number 92730000. It is available through your local dealer or online dealer. If you need further help feel free to contact me at Hansgrohe. 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for tech and ask for David Scarborough. I'd be happy to help.

Hi,

You could try lubricating the O-rings first, then replacing the rings if it is still leaking. Just a little vegetable oil or vaseline will do.

Hope this helps. If it does, please place a vote for me. Thanks,

Most likely your faucet only needs a hot side cartridge. The part number for this should be 94009000. It is available through your local dealer or online dealer. If you need further help feel free to contact Hansgrohe Technical at 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for Tech and ask for David Scarborough. I'd be happy to help.

Hansgrohe shower head leaking

If the shower head is constantly dripping and not shutting off it is most likely the valve in the wall not the head itself. How is the head leaking? Where/when does the water show up? Feel free to contact Hansgrohe Tech at 1-800-334-0455. Press 2 for tech. We would be happy to help.

Hansgrohe 06358620 shower not hot enough

Remove the handle by loosening the screw near the bottom. You should see a plastic ring, probably green, that is the hot water safety. Adjust it so that the handle will turn further for more hot water. It most likely pulls out, then turn it left, reinsert and reattach the handle.

Leaking faucet

Hi johnparker,

The dripping is caused by the ceramic cartridge leaking. It is a non servicable part.

Couldn't find the model number listed but here is a Talia schematic.

http://www.grohecatalog.com/product/25596/

The replacement cartridges are list as 4 and 5 in for hot and one for cold. Also consider replacing part #7 it is a seat.

Good Luck and please rate this response, Phil
