I have an RCA M4208GR-B and I can't get any words on any of my screens. How do I go about fixing this?
This would be your firmware going bad.
Hook mp3 player to your usb device of your pc.
Go to the RCA website. download the firmware.
Keep it plug into usb device of pc.
Install the newly downloaded firmware you just downloaded.
