All i do is connect my player to the usb port open my pictures and then just drag and drop

HOW CAN SEND VIDEO IN MP4
You have to convert your video to mp4 video at first, and then you can use windows media player to sync the mp4 video to your MP4 player. If you don't know how to convert video, I think this step by step direction would help you a lot

How do i get pictures from my computer to the mp4 player
Hook your MP4 up to your PC with the USB cable provided. Open the device up. Then find the pic you want to download on you PC. You should be able to simply drag that pic to you "device" that will probably be noted as an MP4 player and release the mouse button. It should now be on your MP4 player. Same with music and videos. I cant send music to my car mp4 player. It reads error copying file or folder. How can i send songs to my player?
The root folder may be the culprit on this one. My advice is to add tracks like so Artist>>Album>>SONG.mp4 root folders can only accept x files

My ikasu mp4 player wont play videos
Check the ikasu MP$ player manual for the video format that will work with the MP4.
Usually the MP4 has a diferrent formats for the videos
For ipod that's MOV so check it you just have to convert your videos to the right format

Videos wont show up on the mp3 player even though they have been downloaded sucessful.
what you have is a mp4 not a mp3. mp4 plays videos, music and shows pictures. mp3 only play music.
change the video format
try .mp4

Ok.... i just got my new mp4 same model from XS cargo. after u transfer files from your computer to your mp4 player n safety removing remember to click menu when it ask CREATE LIST if not no files will be transferred!

so try that n reply me n tell me if that works if not i'll give u another solution :D

Hi, You cannot download pictures to mp3 player-you must have an MP4 or an mp3 player/camera that can accept .jpg images-Mp3 players typically just will play MP3's which is a Music format- If you send model number I can certainly tell you if your player has capability to download .jpg images-hope that helps! .
