Willis try plugging in the charger and charging overnite tonite. In the morning check the charge and see if you get more than 3 bars. Also look at the charger light and see if it has turned green. If it is green then the lights should all be lit, if not then you could have received a bad battery. after charging all nite bring the scooter to the place that serviced it for you and have them check the batteries to make sure that they pass a load test (do not try to drive the scooter they need to check the batteries with a full charge) If the batteries check out ok then you will have to have them check the charger and replace the charger if necessary.
