In order to remove really nasty stuff (like Trojans and the like), you have to run a virus scan BEFORE your operating system loads.

What helped me was Kaspersky's Rescue CD, which is a bootable CD. You can find it here.

A good description how to do it can be found here.

Reboot in safe mode (Keep tapping F8 as the computer starts and select Safe Mode) and delete it. This will work.

You might have some viruses and malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

When Installing choose the non-pro version.

Download, Unzip, Install and Run TDSSKiller:

If you have an outdated Anti-virus program then Download, Install and Run Avira Anti-Virus:
http://majorgeeks.com/Avira_AntiVir_Personal_-_FREE_Antivirus_d955.html
Make sure to select ALL of the "threat categories" when you install or configure Avira...

You should be in pretty good shape if you run and install all of these programs.

Whenever i started windows it shows a warning message as can not find script file "c:\WINDOWS\system32\Rahul'sVirusprotection.vbe" how can i solve this problem? Is it a virus?

Follow below steps:
1. Click on Any folder.
2. Click Tools - Folder Options - View - Hidden Files & Folders
3. Mark Show hidden files and folders
4. Unmark Hide extensions of Known file types
5. Unmark Hide protected Operating system files (Recommended)
6. First two files were seen on my flash drive : Rahul'svirusprotection.vbe & autorun.inf
7. Click on the properties of both file and unmarked Read only.
8. Clicked Apply & deleted both files.
9. Searched for Rahul*.* on hard drives.
10. Click on the properties file and unmarked Read only deleted the file.
11. Now LORD RAHUL COOL is out of my browser.

Or try this:

If the error message is
"Cannot find script file C:\Windows\System32\Rahul'svirusprotection.vbe".
Create a new notepad document and open it, Don't type any thing in it, leave it empty and save it as "Rahul'svirusprotection.vbe".Then place this script file in "C:\Windows\System32\" and restart your PC, your error will be gone...

I am unable to use any features in my control panel or download any software or fix it tools

Try rebooting in Safe Mode (push F8 during boot up) and see if you can access your control panel.Run your virus software and Mal ware software while your at it.Sounds like you've got a virus. If you find a virus quarantine it,then turn off your restore function so that when you reboot the virus doesn't reload itself from that portion of your hard drive.

Operanting sistem in quarenten

Any antivirus; unless it finds virus, never moves a file to quarantine. If it moved, then probably your OS is occupied entirely by virus.
Which antivirus are you using? Are you able to login into your system ? If yes, open the quarantine folder and replace all items. It is best if you do it in safe mode. Then scan for that trojan horse again. But before that, back up your important data and then scan. I recommend you remove all the virus after backing up of data and format your system once (all drives) and do a fresh install of OS.

If you are unable to open quarantine, try system restore to restore to a point earlier before that scan. It is in All Programs>Accessories>System Tools.

Download the combofix to get rid of virus:

Be sure to turn off your anti-virus before running combofix--it won't be able to runn properly.

Virus not deleted after scanning

Hi,

If your anti virus software was unable to delete then probably you have to reinstall the operating system.

Or

You can try with another antivirus like avast and kaspersky.

I hope they would be able to delete.

Or you can just reformat your computer.

Good Luck.

Please help me in removing virus in my pc.

Boot windows into safe mode (reboot, and hit f8 while booting, then pick safe mode from the menu).

Once in safe mode, delete the virus's exe.

Also, run download this tool called AUTORUNS from sysinternals:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/Security/Autoruns.mspx

Uncheck checkboxes that reference the virus. Please be careful what you uncheck here. Unchecking something that is core windows will cause your computer to be unable to boot.
