Can't get music sound thru ear bugs.

Turn the iPod off, then on again. Be sure the volume is turned up. Try a different set of earphones. Try your headphones with a different iPod.All that will let you isolate if the problem is the device or the iPhones. If the device, take it to Genus Bar at your Apple Store or a local Apple repair shop. If it's the headphones, it's normlly a break in the cord by the plug. Repair or replace.

Ipod nano 2ndG one headphone out

Sometimes if the plug of earphones are inserted half way, only one of the earphones play. Please try to remove and insert again and see to that it is fitted in properly and completely.

No sound

try a reset and a restore

if they dont work then there is probably a loose connection in the ipod and it needs to be repaired

Only one earphone works

that means that the programing of your ipod is only on head phone or you did not insert the wire in correctly

I washed my son's iPod Nano and dried it also...

Water damage is not covered under warranty. They have a small indicator in the earphone jack that will tell the Apple Store if it's been water damaged.

Best way to hopefully recover it is to let it sit without turning it on, plugging it in, etc. for at least a week until all water evaporates. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
