Question about straighttalk.com
I sitched service from one straigt talk phone to a new one one, I was told when my old phone lost service to acitive my new phone, I followed the promts when my old phone lost service and still no phone, I travel for work and I need a phone, My old phone serail# is355 314 042 466 587, my new phone is serial# 268 435 461 701 134 387, phone # 2568562938, If u can not activate my new phone, reactivate my ole one, I need a phone now, I will try to activate it again in few minutes, Thanks Jeff
I think you may want to identify if the phone you are working with is a GSM or CDMA. GSM phones are usually accompanied with sim cards and CDMA does not. If this new phone is a GSM phone, you would need a sim card for the service to work. If it is CDMA, than the phone should activate on it's own.
