I don't think you can do what you are trying. The fan & light are on one circuit. Probably, originally, there was only a light fixture there. The fan/light is on a single circuit and the remote does the controlling of both units.
Now, you are trying to install a fan control and light dimmer but you don't have wiring for each separately.
You might be able to use one of the dimmer controls to adjust the output to the fan/light combination, but you can't control them individually, if I understand your wiring.

I need a diagram for the wiring that goes from the fan to remote speed settings and then to electrical wires in ceiling

all of the white wires connect together and to the white house wiring (neutral from ceiling) ..also the neutral or return wire for the controller (may also be white) .. then the black house wiring(or red if you have an external wall switch) is connected to the controller wire marked AC or AC input .. the output marked "lamp" on the controller connects to the blue wire that goes to the light bulb (or bulbs) ... the output called fan goes to the black wire of the fan motor .. the green house wire goes to either a bare wire, green wire or a green bolt that is screwed to the metal of the fan.. thats the safety ground ...

Dual Dimmer / lights go off when fan not on high.

I'm not sure of the exact wire arrangement, but it appears as though a fan and light wire are mixed up, as thought the lights are feeding off the fan wire. Its possible that in the switch box or even in the fan box the output of your fan is tied to the lights so that when the fan is at it's highest output (maximum current), yours lights work properly and not at any other setting. Check wiring for errors.

E74

Hi,

E74 graphics output chip error.

you need the rrod repair kit. then remove the fan connector from the motherboard.
power on console, run until 2 red lights appear. power off. reconnect the fan.
hopefully the 360 should be back to working order.
i,d be curious to find out, wether just removing the fan connector, and overheating, replacing would actually remedy this. i repair these on a regular basis. and this is what you need to do.
**** Opening up your 360 Voids Any Manufacturers Warranty****
Only proceed with this if your console Is Out of warranty.

Q4 red light on and goes to black screen that says e 74

Hi,

if you are getting the E74. you have a graphics output problem.
This can be resolved by purchasing a red-ring repair kit.
the graphics chip has overheated, towards the rear of the 360.

You could try this first, *** Warning opening the 360 will void any warranty*** if it,s still under warranty return, for service/repair.

After opening the console, remove the fan connector. power on the 360 until you get 2 red lights.
Which will tell you that the console has overheated. power off. reconnect the Fan. this may resolve the problem. If not You need to obtain A RROD Kit.
