About a remote for a garage door opener, how to program it.Bought a new remote and programmed it and now the old one don't work. How do you reprogram the old one?

The same way you programed the second one.
DO NOT hold the learn button down, just press it once and release it. Then press the button on the garage door remote and it will program to the garage door opener. Do the same for anything else you want to program to the garage door opener. When you hold the learn button down it erases all of the learned codes and you have to start over.

I purchase a new garage door opener and my old remotes wont work with it I have 4 old remotes

If it came with its own remote (probably), then you'll have to use the new remote with it - they're all keyed to individual garage door openers, as it should be; otherwise, anyone could use any old remote to open your garage door.

I bought a new Chamberlain garage door remote control (Model 953EV/EVC) but my garage door opener is date 1991. Can I get this remote to sync with it? I have one remote dated 1993 that came with the...

The 953EV/EVC remote is designed to work with garage door openers at 315MHz (more or less). Your older unit doesn't work at that frequency. I'm not positive but it could be 300MHz.

You need a retrofit unit to use the new remote. See https://aclickawayremotes.com/Liftmaster/355LM-2-315-Mhz-Garage-Door-Opener-Conversion-Kit/index.html for one that works with Chamberlain units.

I hope this helps.

YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOUR REMOTE IS THE SAME FREQUENCY AS THE EXISTING UNITS.

IF YOU LOOK ON THE BACK OF THE REMOTE THERE SHOULD BE A FREQ# IF THEY ARE NOT THE SAME YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE THE REMOTE.

HOPE THIS HELPS

Post the model number of the opener and the model numbers of the remotes. The opener model number is found on the end closest to the door and starts with 139.

Try programming the keypad like this:

Locate the smart/learn button on the rear of the motor unit near where all those white wires go. Press and immediately release this and then walk over to the keypad and key in any 4 digit code you like and press enter.

After programming the keypad see if either remote will work with it. Post this information also.
