Problem for Honeywell Power Humidifier: Furnace Humidifier/ Humidifier
Amana Furnace runs shuts down then relights
My Amana Furnace runs about 2 and a half minutes then the flame shuts down.The fan will stay running for about 90 seconds then the furnace will relight and run another 2 minutes. then the fan will run another 90 seconds the shut down until heat is called for again.

- I have the same problem with my Amana furnace. Furnace cycle starts, flames go, then stops, and repeats cycle several times until furnace "gives up." The flame detectors have been replaced a couple times by the local HVAC Co. but shortly after the 1 yr warranty expires, the problem recurs. I suspect the flame detectors are toast.
