Question about Hitachi 57F500 57" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
We noticed a strip of blue blur on the picture on our 50" toshiba...thought it was a bulb out, but we recently replaced the bulb and the blue spot is still there. (I think even bigger) Any suggestions??
Do you normally leave this set on a specific channel...such as CNBC or BLOOMBERG tv...etc that maintains a regular scrolling image???
If so...on sets that are a few/several years old...the projection tv screens can develop what's called a "burn" or "burned image" on the screen...similar to wearing a path in your carpet from heavy traffic areas. Newer models do not have this issues...but many older ones do.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
