a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: mouse keeps freezing
It maybe getting too hot. You need to blow out all vents and fans. I have seen acer laptops get too hot, easily, so you need to make sure it is dust free.

assuming that u r a professional,
try open in the safe mode..press F8 rapidly/briskly while booting up..
often happens due to cpu over heating and or software corruption..check if not too dusty..
listen for any noise emitting(eg. 'tik tik' or 'kirr kirr') by the hdd..
if window opens up in safe mode..check the size of virtual memory..try increasing..
unload some unnecessary software..
do a through virus scan using a licensed and updated antivirus (i prefer avg/kaspersky)..
download, install n run microsoft kb890830..
if windows is not loading at all..reinstall os..probably ur ram/hdd is faulty or small in size..replace with a standby n see..
the above often take place with some error message(s)/blue screen..
but if there's no such displaying, esp if hangs/stops/power off during installation, it may b caused by the main/mother board or even the battery..
..contact ur system admin/vendor....

Tips for a great answer:
Jan 31, 2013 | Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
Download and install the driver listed under Orbicam Webcams on the Acer Aspire Support website
Select "Start->Control Panel->Add Hardware" from your computer's start menu.
Choose the webcam for your laptop and select the "OK" button. Your webcam will now be installed.
Log in to your Google Gmail account. If you do not have one, register for a free account (see Resources below).
Choose the "Install Video Chat" menu option from the Gmail interface and restart your Web browser.
Log back in to your Google Gmail account and left-click a contact to video chat with your Aspire webcam. The contact must be available and also have video chat enabled.
hope this helps
