SOURCE: I cant eject cd/dvd changer.

Try first unplugging unit from main, and holding the cancel button.

If that does not work try the following:
Hold at the same time the stop button on the main unit and key >10 on the remote control at the same time for about 5 seconds, until you get the word "initialised" on display. This will reset the unit to factory settings.

To return all settings other than some settings to the factory preset.

Just want to know difference between Panasonic SA BT200 and SC BT200..theater systems..

from what I can see, the number for the whole system is sc-bt200, while the main unit alone (the bluray player itself) is sa-bt200. The system comes with speakers which all have their own numbers too.

I had this problem myself after a firmware update. Tried everything, unplugging power, disconnecting internet. Then I tried connecting my iPod. When I disconnected my iPod it suddenly started up again. Problem solved!

ps I am writing this just after I solved it. It appears to be updated. I am now trying out Youtube which works well.

Display says "LOCKED", won't eject disk, all other functions work. Need unlock procedure.

Had the same problem. Found an answer digging around and it worked: Press the STOP button and the OPEN button at the same time. Hold for about 10 seconds and it UNLOCKS.
I even went back to Bestbuy and they had no clue. But it worked!
Good luck.
