Try first unplugging unit from main, and holding the cancel button.
If that does not work try the following:
Hold at the same time the stop button on the main unit and key >10 on the remote control at the same time for about 5 seconds, until you get the word "initialised" on display. This will reset the unit to factory settings.

Cannot eject disc. ≥The unit may have a problem. While the unit is off, press and hold (>> / >>I) and (< OPEN/CLOSE) on the main unit at the same time for about 5 seconds. Remove the disc . After disc removal or if this does not work you may need to reset to factory defaults. for the player alone.
To return all settings other than some settings to the factory preset.
≥Select “Yes” in “Restore Default Settings” in the Setup menu.
This returns all values in the Setup menu and the on-screen menu, except for “Remote Control Code”, “On-screen Language”, “IP Address/DNS Settings”, “Proxy Server Settings”, “Network Service”, “DVD-Video Ratings” and
“BD-Video Ratings” to the default settings.
If this does not work then you may need to reset everything to the factory settings.
To return to the factory preset. Everything Reset.
(No setting)
≥Reset the unit as follows:
1 Press [POWER] on the unit to turn off the unit.
2 Press and hold (>> / >>I) and press [POWER] and [< OPEN/CLOSE] on the unit at the same time for more than 5 seconds until “PLEASE WAIT” is displayed on the unit.
3 The power is turned on and then turned off automatically.

You have a mechanical problem inside the drive. It needs to be taken apart to fix. There is a mis-alignment of the tray.
