How do we remove the base stand from the lcd-32xr8da so we can wall mount it

There are 4 screws connecting the base to the tv on the 40xbr. didnt check to see if its the same with the 32 inch. the base connects to the tv (on the bigger one) via two prongs both with 2 screws in it, look for the screws and you're all set.

How to reset convergence? on mitsubishi ws 55511, has a shadow colored blue or yellow

There is an option in the user menu on the tv. Using either the remote or control panel on the front of the tv, press MENU then select SETUP. After you choose SETUP go to the 3rd column with the 3 icons. Here you can adjust the red or blue color or reset the convergence back to factory default.

After a few years the set will begin to show increasing problems with the convergence settings. When you can no longer adjust either red or blue horizontally or vertically an IC replacement will be needed. Your set uses (1) SANYO stk393-110 and you want to make sure it's SANYO and not a knock off brand as those usually fail prematurely.

you will get poorer picture quality if you aren't watching on an hd signal . the pixels shouldn't be extremely big, but they will look off compared to a normal tv.

Sanyo DP42647

not necessarily. if your tv is under warranty, then you definitely don't want to do it yourself, or the warranty may be voided. There may be a panel on the back somewhere that should be fairly easy to remove to reach a fuse (if it has one) I would refer to the owners manual if you have it?

SANYO TV VOLUME CONTROL PROBLEM

I have Sanyo TV. This problem started after I got into a sub menu with choices of volume lock and channel lock. I accidently set it the volume lock to ON. I could not go to that menu again. It seems that this TV has the feature of securing the volume so that the kids can't change it. Any way to go to the locks sub menu?
