Not lighting up
Adjust the REED swtich, test it for open or faulty, clean it , and tight the plug very well. see the diagram attached.
Plug the ribbon cable for keypads very well, and clean it.

SOURCE: The Incline is stuck at an angle
Check the motor and the gears that run the unit up and down. If is located on the front of the unit under the face plate. make sure everything is power everything. Also check the gears to make sure they did not break and check the tracks to make sure it did not fall off the track causing it to stay up

Check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes as shown, the circuit breaker has tripped. To reset the circuit breaker, wait for five minutes and then press the switch to the reset position.

SOURCE: We have an Epic 550
Just got off the phone with Icon. Here's the Fix:
1) With the remote control that came with the Treadmill press "Menu".
2) Then enter "1591" quickly with the number buttons.
3) Use CH or CH - to choose flip orientation.
4) Press VOL or VOL - to select
5) Press Exit
That should do the trick!
