I can help you troubleshoot your printer. Just be prepared if your printer never prints again. This is rare to say the least. I just want you to know that in advance. OK? Laser printers use a static charge applied to the paper to represent your document and then this charged paper passes over the toner and finally the toner on the paper passes under a tungsten wire heated up high enough to melt the toner into the paper. This is why newly printer pages are warm to the touch. So, with three systems doing the magic any one of them can fail due to fatigue.
To start with, when was the last time you changed the toner cartridge?
How old is your printer and how many pages per month has it printed so far, on an average?
Are you under warranty any longer?

Have you updated the machine firmware? At Xerox.com the machine firmware is there to download and install. Currently the firmeware is at level 10.100.45.018. Even if your machine is new you may have an older version of firmware.
That machine has had tons of firmware updates to it and uploading the machine to the newest level probably will resolve your problem.
There are some versions that fix 300 known problems at an update.
You have to follow the directions carefully, updating it can wipe out your LDAP settings if you use scan to E-mail etc.
If you have a maintenance agreement, or the machine is less than a year old, ( there is a one year on site warrantee on that machine for on site service) call 1-800-821-2797 and request a service call to update your firmware.
Those updates are really critical for that machine to operate properly.

If the print queue is truly clear, then I would unplug the printer completely. Personally, I would leave it off for a few hours.
Once unplugged, I would short out the printer to discharge the capacitors.

For that go to start menu->control panel->printer and faxes then right click on printer icon click on property then click on ports tab make sure tcp ip port enabled and there is ip address of your printer. Then if still same issue then uninstall old driver and reinstall. Let me know if you need further assistance.Thanks for using FixYa.
