Question about Philips PET710 Portable DVD Player
My DVD player has a black dot about of size of a quarter in the upper region of the screen. Do you know what caused this and how to remove it?

1. Power on.
2. Open tray.
3. Push the info on remote once (with supplied remote). You will see numbers.
4. Press 9 for multi-region. Keep trying until you see the number 9 appear in upper left corner.
5. Power off.
