Question about Apple iPhone 4S
The phone is fully charged and won't turn on or let us reset. Also when put to charger the icon just comes on and then goes away
Usually it won't turn on because of battery problems. Are you sure that it is fully charged? to make sure , charge it again for one hour then try turning it on again. Good luck

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Try connecting it to your computer and doing a restore from iTunes. You can restore to your last backup to restore call history, app data, etc.

It's not booting up. hook it to the computer and see if iTunes sees it when you bring it up holding home and power for 6 secs. then releasing power and hold home longer. Restore it when itunes sees it and it should work again.

Did you happen to update to iOS 5? Because since the update. Mine has been the same way. The volume is very low. and sometimes even the speaker isn't too loud either unless I'm playing music.
If you did not update to iOS 5. Then your speaker might be blocked and easily cleaned with a cotton swab, or the speaker is just old and going out.
