Question about Televison & Video
Look to see when replaced the cap you did not get it backwards and all plugs and or cables are back where they belong---usually if a different problem after a part replaced you did something wrong in the process.
As for the caps---look again at all--even a small puffing will cause issues---------

you need to remove main ckt, (m.board) some part need to re solder specially in hot area. (lost contact i one of the flickering problem you encountered.

You have developed a problem in the integrated circuits and I suggest replacing the entire power supply. Do a search with your model number on Google, Ebay, or Shopjimmy.com for price and availability.
