Your harddrive is loose, on the side, there is a panel that you can slide, and that will give you a acesse to the hardrive, underneath the playstation there is another panel located near that, flip that out and you will find a blue screw in there, unscrew it and you can now remove the harddrive, simply remove it , clean the dust off it, and gently slide it back into place

This is usually the result of the hard drive in your PS3 either:
* Has come loose or not making connection.
* Has crashed and will have to be replaced.
* Connectors or motherboard is damaged from hard drive.

Unfortunepately you need a new hard drive the one you got might have gotten misplaced in the factory and got put in a system that isn't compatible with your version of the ps3
