Question about RIM BlackBerry 7250
The disconnect/close button on then side of my Blackberry only works on occasion. Is there a way for me to fix this? I am betting it is a contact problem, but I am reluctant to open the unit for fear of causing anothe problem.
Try this: turn it off. fill a bowl with alcohol. while holding the Blackberry under the alcohol at the place where the disconnect/close button is located, press the button many many many times until you are nuts. The goal here is for the alcohol to penetrate into the contact area and wash away any debris. Then towel dry and use a blow dryer (be careful!). Any change?
