Almost all sets aside from the remote control have a manual power button on the front or side-----some also have a master power switch on the rear (cuts all power if going away for a while).

Power Supply board is dead.Replaced the power supply board.Tries these websites Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

You will need an HDMi lead running from the port on the back of your television to the port on a compatible DVD player/recorder, then toggle (keep pressing) the AV/Source button on the remote to switch the television mode to HDMi.
The HDMi port will be marked HDMi on the back of your television.

If there is no picture, just black screen.. then the cold cathode (backlight) on your monitor is busted. Or its ballast transformer is burnt out. Replace it to work again.
