Good Morning friend, thank you for your post!
From my understanding your Electrolux washer is not starting no matter what buttons are pushed. This could be a possible problem with your keypad or control panel. I noticed that you have already performed a reset and that was done when you unplugged your washer for 15 minutes. I would now recommend having a technician out to perform a diagnosis. In order to do so you would need to disassemble your washer and test each component to make sure they are working properly. The technician would have the appropriate tools needed to do this accurately. If you need some assistance locating a technician you should be able to visit the manufacturer's website for additional assistance. I hope this information is helpful for you. -Matt

Hello lester haugstad, thank you for your post!
I understand that the moisture bar inside of your Electrolux dryer was pulled loose and you would like to reattach it. I have researched and there is not an available part guide to show how the moisture bar is reattached. I would recommend seeking assistance from a professional for proper installment of the part. I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt

& Welcome to FixYa
Error E63 in your Electrolux Dryer indicates
that the temperature inside is too hot/overheating, to start with check the
vent and try to clean it. If still it's not resolved then the issue is with the
thermal fuse going bad and needs to be replaced. It is mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel.
get back to me if you have any other questions.
