PLEASE CHECK THERMOSTAT SETTING +29 AND ALSO MODE"HEAT". STILL PROBLEM CHECK THE HEATING SENSOR IS NOT OPENED. BY A OHMS METER CHECK THE SENSOR. iF ANY READING IN OHMS IT'S O.KAY.
