If you go into mobile phone setup and then bluetooth, you can tell tomtom not to require a pass ket. also you can try ignoring the request and just pressing connect, or try key 0000

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I don't know how to use my Tom Tom GPS XL.

It is mandatory that you read the instructions for your gps device to be able to operate it.

I assume that you don't have a users manual because of your request.

Here is the users manual for your device :

Good luck

Trying to connect my cell to tomtom what is IPand DHCP

Ip is Internet protocol or ip is also internet provider, depending on how you use it means different things.
DHCP is Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol. I don't think either one of these things has anything to do with your tom tom. Might be wrong but i think what you might be looking for to hook up your cell phone is the bluetooth connection in the tomtom. Which should be under the options screens

I need to PAIR my tom tom to my cell/bluetooth device... asking for a passkey... where do I find it?

It should be in your Tomtom documentation. Usually default keys are 0000. You might also try 1234.
