The EP 6001 is not a digital machine. It is analog. As for RAM there is a memory for the counters on the screen but some one can clear it lucky there is the hard counter. What is the issue with this machine?

open the front door and close it , wait a sec
Power off the machine
Take the toner bottle out!
power on the machine NO TONER BOTTLE IN IT

when the machine ask for toner put it in properly if the nub on the bottle is damage replace it that is how the bottle is turned bye the machine so ensure it is not damaged and install the correct bottle and correct TONER. The code is a problem with toner motor system.
