Question about Plumbing
You R losing prime air is seapping in from the suction side of the well pump.check all the fittings from the pump to the well head to see if u have a leak also check the pipe to see if it is cracked or broken. If every thing looks ok it can also be a lack of water supply in your well meaning the water kevel in the ground is low. The onley other thing i can think of is the impeller in the pump is bad and not throughing water

It sounds to me like you have a defective thermal switch that is shutting power off as if motor is overheating.Unless you are exceding the head or flow ratings on the pump I would recommend you return it for replacement.Thank you.
