DiNovo Edge space bar and "n" key do not respond

I have the same problem with my dinovo after 2 years of usage, and i have found a temporary fix.
The temporary fix is to connect the dinovo to another computer and then hammer the keys vigorously, prefferably if dragging your finger over the keys, the keys will then start funcion immediately. Then connect dinovo to the first (main) computer again, and here the keys wont function, but after hammering them again vigorously it also starts working again here. However this is a temporary solution and the problem will probably reocurr. Notably hammering the keys on the first (main) computer wont yield any results even after long time of hammering without the second computer-lockup. Signalerror from logitech to specific computer? If there was dust this would never work on other computer so fast, and the error would not reocurr after being fixed.

After ge mouse is left idle for awhile, it wont work. I have tried to press connect on receiver then press connect on bottom of mouse but it stll wont work. what now?

I would try replacing the batteries first of all. If this doesn't fix the problem then uninstall the software and reinstall it. Hope this helps!

I bought a new wired mouse. although the mouse is connected to the computer (i can see that the bulb inside is lighted up) but it wont move on the screen. i then tried reconnecting my old mouse but that...

if it is a usb mouse then try to reinstall the usb motherboard drivers again, it might had corrupted, or it can be a hardware conflict, try to remove the old driver and reinstall for the new mouse,, should work

I turn on my Laptop and put in the reciever, the computer says it is there, the green light is on and it still wont work! i have tried to connect it but still wont work,it is very hard to use my computer...

The only thing I acn suggest is to try connecting again. Press the connect button on the sender/stand. Then quickly press the small button under the mouse - keep it pressed for a least 15secs. It should connect.

Wireless keyboard wont work!

Once the batteries are replaced, you need to "reconnect" your devices. Under the keyboard, there's a "Connect" button. Press it, then press the "Connect" button on the receiver that connects to your computer. That should get it going again.

How to make logitech keyboard & mouse work??

Hi there: I was also facing the same problem. But when you see on back of the keyboard the instructions are there. or follow these steps.
1. insert new batteries both in keyboard and mouse. 2. decide what device you want to connect 1st (Lets connect Keyboard first) 3. Pres and Hold the connect button for both key board and receiver for about 5 secs. 4. don't press any key on key board till 10 secs (During this time it trying to connect with receiver) 5. Check the key board connectivity if it works then take it away or put it behind some barrier so that when you are connecting the mouse it don't interrupt. 6. now for the mouse do the same process as you have connected the keyboard.(step 3 & 4) 7. now check both key board and mouse they will work fine. Thanks
