Ricoh mp c3000 has magenta lines when copying

The most common problem here believe it or not is dust. Clean the complete optics section including the lamp, mirrors and lens with a damp cloth. Dry afterwards and see if the problem still persists. There is also a small section between the lens and the SBU PCB that you can clean with a dry cloth. Hope this helps.

Ricoh Aficio MP 2352 error on sc210 Pls provide the solution.

You need to update engine firmware.
Short term solution is to turn your paper SEF.
If firmware doesn't solve problem replace IPU.

I have problem with the ricoh mp 2352 showing sc 142 but some time you can make few copies and this machine has done only 1254 copies

It is rather odd fo you to get this code for such a new machine. It means that when it starts up it turns on the scan lamp and shines on a "white plate" and uses it as the benchmark and calibration for what "white is". What it sees when it checks white is beyond its abilty to compensate. Dirty optics maybe.

The standard white level was not detected properly when scanning the white
Possible Causes:
· Exposure lamp defective
· Lamp stabilizer defective
· Exposure lamp connector defective
· Dirty standard white plate
· Scanner mirror dirty or out of position
· SBU board defective
· SBU connector defective
· Lens block out of position

Very unusual issue. It is the best to run test patterns in service mode to figure out if problem created before of after Optical block. If red stripe present in optical test patterns - that's mean optics is bad or something is laying on the lens. Unfortunately I can not tell you how to do that because if you will make any mistake during getting out of test paterns mode your TV could stack with white raster forever and total system re-initialization have to be performed in service center.
But first you can carefully remove screen and look at optical block lens - maybe something blocking it. I doubt it though because it is red stripe, not the dark one. So next step - call tech to run patterns and determine if optics is bad. If distortion is absent during test patterns - than it is issue if digital nature and created by TV's electronics on main chassis.
I personally think that during transportation something happened to red LCD part of the optical and optical block have to be refurbished or replaced.
