Power on laptop and when boot logo appears on screen suddenly tap(press) the F4 key. You will be guided to the restore option screen. There you can select complete restore. If you need to back up data you can do it before restoration process otherwise whole data will be wiped off. Cheers.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: How do you restore factory settings on a Samsung

with netbooks this is different as there is no CD drive. When your machine starts up you can see if there is an option in F8, F2, F11 try these, while it boots up keep pressing one of these untill a screen appears and it may give you the option somewhere there to restore?

SOURCE: how do i factory reset

Glad to help YOU!

First thing first - you have to check if your machine has a RECOVERY PARTITION. Usually it's a D:\ drive and it's called like RECOVERY or FACTORY_SETTINGS.
You can access it by rebooting the machine and watching carefully the boot screen; it will write there to PRESS F12 or F11 to reach the factory settings. If your machine doesn't have a Recovery Partition, there's nothing else to do but to wipe out the hard drive and to re-install your operationg system.

GOOD LUCK!

Press [F4] at boot to do a full restore that will set the C: drive back to the original setup just after it was first setup when new.

How can I restore my Samsung N130 laptop to factory settings without removing the OS.

Use the recovery disks or partition that came with the laptop.

Otherwise you may try restoring back to a specific restore point.

If this doesnn't work -- you will need to reformat completely.
