According to Nintendo's website, error code 51332 means that your Wii is having a hard time connecting to your wireless network.
Make sure your router is working properly and that your Wii is configured properly for your network.
Is your wireless network secured?
If so, I would verify that the security code you are entering is correct. These codes are case sensitive. Also verify that the encryption type you are using on the router is the same as the option you are using when entering the code into the Wii. For example WEP or WPA encryption.
