SOURCE: We have a 5 year old side by side sub zero fridge/freezer (largest size)

Check the fan in the rear of the unit.  If it is running, check the rear panel inside the freezer section and tell me if there is frost building up on the outside of this panel.

If you cleaned out the condensor unit, your problem is probably a bad evaporator. Schedule a service call. If the condensor was really dirty then you may have just compacted the dust into the condensor in which case a shot of CO2 would be a good idea.

Here is a link to the error codes. If there is a fault condition these should be flashing on the display:

http://fixitnow.com/wp/2006/06/29/error-codes-for-the-sub-zero-600-series-refrigerators/

One this to try is a hard reset: unplug and wait for a few minutes and re-plug back in. Sometime this resets the service condition and will then display the error codes.

Ice is displayed when the ice maker is turned on. Press the ice on/off and it should turn off.

My service light is on in the refrigerator and blinking. All appears to be working fine. Freezer is set at 00 and refrigerator is set at 40. Why is my service light continuing to blink??

HI,
The unit has picked up that it is running to long to achieve desired temperatures. I would look at a clogged condenser. Most common for this unit, as it should be cleaned twice a year. Does your unit have a bell logo on the display panel? if so, hold it 10-15 seconds to reset the service light. If no, then unit unit off for abut a minute, this will also reset the unit.
If the light returns in a few hours or days, you will need a service professional to check over the unit. Last question for you, do you or have you notice a "ice ball on the wall of the refrigerator section behind the meat role at drawer? If so call a licensed repair person to repair this when possible. SubZero has the longest warranty to help you, you can alway call them directly to answer questions also.
I am a certified servicer for SubZero, I can help you, just need little more information.

My light says "vacuum condenser". I cleaned coils and fan and turned unit back on. Light came back on in few days, also don't know where reset switch is. Thanks

Good day,
The power off/on switch is the reset proceedure on most Sub Zero's however, it initially comes on when the unit senses the temperatures are too high, leaving the compressor.
It also is a known fact that a Sub Zero condenser cannot be cleaned by vacuuming only.
Service techs use either compressed air or nitrogen with a hose to blow the condenser clean.
Lacking that, a good push -pull shop vac with a crevice tool makes a good substitute.
Remove top grille, and the cover plate for the compressors.
Aggressively blow the condenser out from both sides.
Make sure it is clean, by shining a light on the inlet side, and making sure you can see thru the fins.
It's ugly, dirty and makes a real mess,
But the option long term, is winding up replacing the compressor(s).
