Hi My Panasonic IP phone got short cercuited, any repairer?

My brand new Panasonic Globarange IP phone bearing model No. BB-GT1540B got short cercuited 10 days back. I got the telephone part repaired at authorised Panasonic service centre, but they said they can't repair the IP part as it's spares are not available. Is there anybody who can help? I am resident of Jayanagar, Bangalore.
