Question about Tomtom GO GPS Receiver
I'VE TRIED IT WITH AND WITHOUT THE DC POWER CORD BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. ALSO TRIED HOLDING THE START BUTTON DOWN FOR 15 SECONDS TO RESET THE DEVICE BUT STILL CANNOT GET IT TO COME ON.
You may have a faulty device as you have tryed it with and without the cord, or may have blown the fuse inside the device if you've plugged it in to too high a voltage, check the voltages match for your truck and device. If they do you should think about a new battery. Or else if it is new return it to dealer. The only other cause is you have corrupted programme inside, this can be fixed by USB in to your computer and visiting www.tomtom.com form all the downloads you require. If your computer cannot see the tomtom and any SDcard aswell, when connected, the device is at fault.
