SOURCE: I have a blackberry which

Hello there, the error message indicates a corrupt OS. Depending on the model what you have to do is visit the blackberry download website search for your blackberry make and model and download the firmware which is recommended for use by your unit. After downloading it install on your PC and run. This process should install the firmware freshly on your device. With a new firmware installed the problem should automatically be solved. Usually the problem arises as a result of either a viral infection on the unit or probably some malfunction from the firmware.
Hope this solution has been helpful?
Thank you for visiting FixYa.
