I HAVE ACER EXTENSA 5210 LAPTOP & THE PRBOBELM OF LAPTOP IS BIOS PASSWORD HOW CAN I REMOVE IT My laptop Acer extensa keys j,k,l,m,u,i,o,p & 0 have locked up,when i type j instead it displays 1

i have acer extensa 5620Z laptop i forgot bios setup password how to remove the bios password

two kinds of password.password in bios setup or in windows which one.
