First You Need to Open the Print Queue, follow the below steps on how to open a Print queue
Windows 98 - click Start, Settings, Printers
Windows XP - click Start, Printers and Faxes
or click Start, Control Panel, Printers and Faxes
Windows Vista - Start, Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Printers
Double click on the appropriate printer to open up the Print queue,Check whether you have any pending or the queued jobs, try to cancel the jobs by following the below steps.
To cancel one or more print jobs, follow these steps.
1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type control printers, and then click OK.
3. Right-click the icon for your printer, and then click Open.
• To cancel individual print jobs, right-click the print job that you want to cancel, and then click Cancel.
• To cancel all print jobs, click Cancel All Documents on the Printer menu.

Click the Start button.
Click Control Panel.
Click System and Maintenance.
NOTE: This step is not required when using Classic view in Windows Vista.
Click Administrative Tools.
On the User Account Control window, click Continue.
Click Print Spooler.
Click Stop to stop the Print Spooler.
Click Start to restart the Print Spooler. Then click Restart

Remove your printer from the PC and uninstall the printer software. Now reinstall the printer software and connect the Printer to be detected and installed. Now make sure that the software is not corrupt . Make sure that your PC has no errors, particularily any virus or malware in the system. If so restore the PC to an earlier date.
Make sure that the printer feed in and out are clean, the sensors are in order.

Manual Feed or Continuable Error This state can be reached in the following circumstances: ● Manual feed ● Out of paper for the specified tray ● General continuable error ● Memory configuration error ● Personality/Job related error
Solution To recover from the error and print whatever data is possible, press the GO button. If the recovery is successful, the printer goes to the Processing Data state and completes the job. If the recovery is unsuccessful, the printer returns to the Continuable Error state.
