Question about HP Pavilion MX70 17" CRT Monitor
Ouchpad must be worn out if laptop is used for many years. But if
that's not the case, I would suggest buying a USB mouse, and connecting
it to the laptop. If that doesn't work, try taking it to a nearby
computer store, or somewhere you can trust to get it fix.
My old laptop had the similar problem, took it to a place and they cleaned and added a new touch pad for it. Good luck.
