Hello! I can give you my settings. But first i would like to recomend to add only water in your milk container and press for hot milk, try that with two full containers with fresh water and see if it´setting warmer and warmer after each time you press for hot milk. As im from Sweden i will give you my temp settings in Celsius. Activated water temp 135C, Deavtivated 115C. Avctivated Steam temp 145C Deactivated 135. Normal cup temp 96C. Do some fine tuning on your machine and you will soon find your perfect settings. Write down everything before you make any changes. And with 96C cup temp. You´re coffie will be damn hot! I have set my brew grinder to 95 impulses with aroma. That setting adds more coffie for each portion. If your machine hangs up while doing changes, there is no problems at all. Just restart and change to less impulses. You will notice that all coffie beans are not the same. So if the type of beans you use now work fine with 95 impulses, it dose not mean it will work with the next type you buy. But soon you will find and neutral setting for all type of beans you like! I guess that more impulses will give you the hockey puck like coffie sump.

    Good luck!

Remember that the milk temp should be around 60-70c. Milk will start to boil around 80c.
You´re welcome and good luck!

Milk frothing is very poor. I have had the machine for 7months and at the moment the frothing has stopped and milk is warm not hot. I have tried to adjust the frothing with the white wheel bu it doesnt...

Hi. Have you removed the white wheel and tried to clean it? Check the O-rings on the frothing part for damages.
Sometimes cleaning it hasnt helped at all, The solution for it that might sound crazy =) that fixed it for me at that time was to block the 2 holes with you fingers(be carefull its hot) where the milk comes out from when you make coffee, you get a little backpressure in the milk circuit when doing it. Try 2 or more times. It helpt me.

Saeco Primea Ring - no milk - just steam

Hello!!
Okay! Looks like many of you out there has the same problem, whit the milk temerature (not me i never had).
But there is a service menu on primea touch plus series.
Im from Sweden but i will try my best to explain how to enter the menu. First of all !!MUST!! write down off parameters before changing any thing!!!! It is possible to set the grinder to grin more coffie for each cup. I think the factory setting is 85 Aroma impulse. It is possible to change that for you type of coffie beans that you use, i will diff from bean to bean.

Okay, to enter the menus you have to turn you machines off.
Now turn it on !!!!!EXACTLY!!!!! when the display lights up press your display in the following order ALWAYS IN THE CORNERS (you will not see any icons were you have to touch on you display) RIGHT LOWER CORNER, LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER.

To enter the second service menu, do as i explained before but use this "CODE" instead. LEFT UPPER CORNER, RIGHT UPPER CORNER, LEFT LOWER CORNER, RIGHT LOWER CORNER. This is it! Hope i could help you! Remeber to write down before doing any changes! DO NOT ERASE ANY FAULT CODES YOU SERVICE CENTER WILL FIND THAT INFORMATION VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!

Dont say that it didnt work, it will it´s a huge matter of timing!!!! IT WILL WORK!!!!

Let me know some results please!!
