Well seems like water damaged. Get to a local tech and sort it out before it changes into a brick. Also you can upgrade it to latest software by downloading Blackberry desktop manager and follow the instruction. Cheers

None of my keys work on my keyboard; trackwheel will scroll up and down, left and right...however if I press down nothing happens, will not open any applications. Cannot answer incoming calls or read text...

The only thing to do if it is damaged by water is to dry it out.
Remove battery cover, battery and sim, place phone in a warm room for about 6 hrs or overnight

Replace everything and try again

If nothing try a battery replace i`ll keep my fingers crossed.

Blackberry curve got wet

if nothing is working, then you need to go to your carrier and either get it fixed or they might replace it... dont tell them its water damage though.

Palm Centro PDA (Pink)

You will probably have to open it back up an clean the contacts with a qtip (or tiny piece of sponge) and alchohol. Let dry overnight.

Slight water damage

Don't have a soulution if you don't want to go to the provider. Enless the dot that is on the back behide your battery isn't red then you don't have water damage some things just happen. If it isn't i would take it in seeming you just got it.

Blackberry Curve rollerball scrolls but will not select when push

Try removing the silver cover around the scroll ball, and remove the ball. There should be a little white square underneath it. If there is no white square, but a red square, then it could be water damage. I had the same issue with mine.
