Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

If your e63 camera is showing: general feature not supported,what you have to do is to format the phone by holding the 'green key,* key & key3' together for 3 minutes.while holding the keys put on the phone. That is it! your phone's camera will work fine i have repaired about three e63 phones that way. Please note that in the process,all files will be lost. but if the problem continues, then it is a hard ware problem all you need to do is to rework or change the camera's ic or if you can't,take it to a nokia store or a good phone repairer. BY BRIGHTEST.

This problem is due to the missing of phone's system files.You can solve this problem either by updating or re-installing your phone's software.

its the memory card mate. I've been getting the same problem. Having looked at other forums, it appears to be a problem with the actual phone too - the memory card gets corrupted too easily and then screws up the phones hard drive. I bought a new memory card today and replaced it and the camera now works fine - unfortunately the new memory card doesn't work, but at least it seems to cut out the fault that was originally occuring.
