How to get kingstone warrenty

I bought a kingstone 64 gb pendrive from India some days ago while I was travelling there. I forget the name of that shop. I am not able to go there again. After getting back to my country I found the pendrive is not working saying that "insert a drive into (drive letter)."

I am from Bangladesh.I can not go there again. If there is any way to solve this problem or to get warrenty from kingstone, please help me.

Kingston Data Traveler 2.0 64 GB USB - file system corrupted - need to work on windows XP- Upon formatting the pen drive It shows that it has become a raw drive - wat is the file format for the USB to work...

Theoretically, you can't format a more than 32 GB drive with FAT/FAT32 file system. In your case you have to choose the NTFS file system to format your 64 GB USB flash drive. However, if you really need to format it with FAT32, you got to use the command line or a third party tool. Hope this is going to help you.

I got gift from microsoft kingston(data traveler G2) 4.0 GB pendrive but i need driver for win98 .PLEASE GIVE ME SOLUTION

Hello

According to Kingston, there's no Win98 driver for your pendrive (the link is here: http://www.kingston.com/support/USBFLASHDRIVES/FAQ/faq_dti2g_1.asp )

However... they suggest using this solution (at your own risk), the same, that I used to, when I had my PC with Win98:

Good Luck

Kingston 2 GB data traveler

I doubt the one u have is a chinese made one (the original comes in a packet sealed whereas the chinese one comes in an openable packet with flap).I have found that most of the kingston pendrives in India are chinese made one of very low price. If u r using the original one, then might be ur pendrive is plugged in the usb drive with USB1.0 (low speed USB). install the latest usb2.0 driver n then try to open again.
