IF BY BOTTOM YOU MEAN BOTTOM OF THE POT, YOU'LL LIKELY NEED A REPLACEMENT POT (CALLED A TANK). REPLACEMNT PARTS YOU NEED ARE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND BY ME AND I HAVE LOOKED FOR HOURS.

Might want to call to assure this will work in your model Brewstation.
This vendor is in canada. $9 CDN is cheap enough.

SOURCE: my hamilton beach brew stations quits after

You just need to run white vinegar through it. Put white vinegar in the same way you do water (but don't put any coffee grounds in the basket). Run it as many times as it takes to get all the vinegar out, and then run it again three or four times the same way. After it runs normally, run water through it until the vinegar smell is gone.

The cause of the slow brewing is that the water you normally use has some amount of hardness to it, and over time the hard water minerals build up on the heating element inside the machine. The buildup prevents the heating element from heating the water as fast as designed. The vinegar will dissolve the minerals and let the heater work at full capacity again.

If you want to avoid this in the future, just run the white vinegar through it once a month or so even if it's not running slow.

The coffee dispenser bar isn't working in my Hamilton Beach coffeepot 47900. Nothing comes out! Can I fix it?

There are a few possible reasons why the coffee dispenser bar on your Hamilton Beach
  1. Check the water level in the reservoir. Make sure that there is enough water in the reservoir to brew a full pot of coffee. If the water level is too low, the coffee dispenser bar may not work properly.
  2. Clean the coffee dispenser bar. Over time, coffee grounds and other debris can accumulate on the coffee dispenser bar, clogging it and preventing the coffee from flowing properly. To clean the bar, run a solution of equal parts water and vinegar through the coffeepot and then rinse it thoroughly.
  3. Check the filter basket. Make sure that the filter basket is properly seated in the coffeepot and that it is not clogged with grounds. If the basket is not properly seated or is clogged, it may prevent the coffee from flowing through the dispenser bar.
  4. Check the gasket. The gasket is a rubber seal that helps to create a tight seal between the carafe and the coffeepot. If the gasket is damaged or worn, it may cause a leak and prevent the coffee from flowing through the dispenser bar.
If none of these troubleshooting steps resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a problem with the coffeepot itself. In this case, you may need to have it repaired or replaced.

The coffee just dribbles out of the canister when bar is pressed instead of pouring out like before.

The plumbing is clogged and needs cleaning. Follow the instructions of the unit for thorough cleaning. Think it involves the use of a vinegar solution that you pipe thru the system.

How do I get a copy of a manual for a Hamilton Beach Brew Station Deluxe Model #47454 ?

The manual is available on the Hamilton Beach product page: http://www.hamiltonbeach.com/coffee-makers-legacy-products-brewstation-deluxe-12-cup-coffee-maker-47454.html#careguides . (If needed, click on the Use and Care Guides tab.)

The direct link to the Use and Care Manual is http://useandcares.hamiltonbeach.com/files/840160504.pdf . (Note: Adobe Reader or a similar program is needed to read or print the manual.)

I hope this helps.

Hamilton Beach brew station dispenses very slowly. I have cleaned it twice but still takes a long time to fill a cup!

On my old Hamilton Beach Brew Station the machine made coffee just fine, it would just very slowly dispense the coffee into my coffee cup. The interior of the holding reservoir (this is where the already made coffee sits and is kept warm) was heavily stained by coffee (it was black) and the small dome shaped screen filter (this filter keeps coffee grounds from getting in your coffee cup) appeared black and clogged. I used a product called Krud Kutter available at Walmart. I poured enough of it in the holding reservoir to cover the filter and let it sit for about three hours. It now looks like new. DO NOT run this cleaner through the coffee making cycle. Dump the cleaner out and rinse the reservoir out several times with fresh water. The final step is to run a coffee cycle using just fresh water at maximum water capacity and just let it sit for a while as you would a brewed pot of coffee leaving the pot ON to keep it hot. This will allow any Krud Kutter residue to be removed.

Brew station is extremely slow, suspect it needs cleaning.

You can run a cup of vinegar through the machine. Run it just as you would making coffee, except without the coffee. Run water through the cycle at least twice to remove sediment and the vinegar. Works like a charm.

Hamilton beach brew station spring problem

The spring goes at the top of the stem, under the filter basket. This keeps tension on the basket, so it will pop up when you remove the cover.

Valve inside of tank is broken can i get a new one? hb 47214

Is it the "valve" that opens when you push the dispensing bar? If so, it's probable the same problem I had with my model 47655. Under the domed screen inside the holding tank is the valve that opens to dispense the coffee. Mine lost the gasket that prevents leaking. I called Hamilton Beach Product support and was told the gasket cannot be fixed or replaced. I would need a whole new tank. BUT WAIT!!! Believe it or not Hamilton Beach is sending me a whole new tank for the cost of shipping only. $5.00 bucks gets me a whole new tank. Just $5.00 BUCKS!!!!! Amazing. I love my Brew Station and I LOVE Hamilton Beach. They truly do stand behind their products. HAMILTON BEACH PRODUCT SUPPORT 1-800-851-8900 Good Luck to ya......Katherine

Dispenser not working

You don't say exactly what the problem is with your Brew Station but I know I bought the model 47214 and had to return it twice. It kept stopping and starting numerous times during the brew cycle. I retuned both to Walmart and they exchanged them with no receipt and no charge each time. I think I had 60 or 90 days to excahnge them. Anyway, the last one I took back was at the same time that the model 47665 was on sale. (the next better model) So I upgranded for the same price. I recently had a problem with the dispensing tank of my current Brew Station, model #47655. The coffee ran right thru onto the counter and floor. I called Hamilton Beach customer service at 1-800-851-8900 and explained the problem. They informed me that the little tiny plastic piece that held the small gasket (looks like a water hose gasket) in place had broken off and could not be fixed. I would need a whole new tank. My brew station is about 8 months old with no receipt. HB then informed me that the whole new tank could and would be sent to me for the cost of shipping of $5.00. YUP!!! FIVE DOLLARS gets me a whole new tank!!!!! I love Hamilton Beach. They truly do stand behind their products. Have your husband call them at 1-800-851-8900 and explain the problem. They will do everything possible to remedy the problem at nominal cost to you. Good Luck. Katherine
