Usually on the feeder assembly theres a button/lever with a spring behind it. pull back the feeder a little and push in the button as you slide it up the rail passed the nails... they should now fall out the bottom of the tool

SOURCE: do I need to oil this gun during use?

yes, squirt oil in the tool 2 times daily depending on use. do not oil the nails/pawl area, it only collects dirt. About 6 drops in the air fitting should be fine.

SOURCE: SENCO COIL ROOFING GUN DOESNT ADVANCE NAILS

Clean the track and piston by removing nail tray (there are a couple of allen screws)and removing the gunk from the nail tape and if you have been shooting something glued that to. Remove head assembly and thoroughly clean and oil that also. that should fix you right up I have a couple of these guns and that is typical.
If that is no the problem rebuild the gun it is worth it as they are a great air gun
Hope this helped

My 601 won't shoot any spikes it just leaves a 1/4 '' indent were nail should be?

If you're getting an indent in the wood from the driver, the gun is working properly. If the gun isn't driving fasteners/nails it's because the nail isn't under the driver when it's activated. Several things could cause this: Having the wrong angle nails in your gun. There is something in the feed path of the nails preventing them from feeding fully into the nose piece. The feed shoe is jambed or feed shoe spring is broken.

Senco fram pro 602 nail gun firers but no nail just a hole from firing pin

First, check that you are using the proper nails. The FP602 needs Full Round Head nails with plastic collation. If you are using Clipped Head nails with the paper tape collation the angle of the nails not let the driver catch the next nail and drive it into your work.
If you have the correct nails, check the magazine to make sure the nails are feeding all the way up to the driver. If there is anything blocking the way or if the spring on the feeder isn't taught enough to pull the clip all the way up the driver won't be able to catch the next nail and drive it in.

Senco nail gun sfn30 is only firing every second nail in

You have damaged o-rings in the gun. Remove the head cap & valve assembly, remove the ring on top of the cylinder, remove the cylinder & piston. The cylinder is in tight so work it out carefully. Check the condition of the following: a split flat ring with a rubber o-ring under it on the top of the piston and two o-rings on the outside of the cylinder. If these are damaged air will leak around the piston instead of pushing it back up. The inside of the gun should be clean with a light coat of oil on everything if you are oiling it properly before use. Dirt in the gun means the gun is being laid on the ground without the air hose attached. Dry innards means no or not enough oil is being put in the gun before use. Oil pooled in the bottom of the gun means too much oil is being used. Senco doesn't make a rebuild kit for this gun, you'll have to go to the Senco website http://www.senco.com/ or other website like http://www.ereplacementparts.com to get a parts breakdown of your gun and order the o-rings (any part beginning with LB) individually. If you replace one, replace all of them and grease them up liberally when reassembling the gun.

Most of the senco finish nailers have a quick open front latch. Remove the air supply and pop open the latch, all the nails will be pushed out.

Nails were loaded backwards in my Hitachi nail gun. I can't unload them

Hi,

Sorry to hear, but it happens.....

You'll have to take the magazine apart and disassemble at least as far as the nail got. I'm giving you the webpage from toolpartsdirect.com for the schematic diagram and parts list to help you take everything apart, and of course, put back together again. http://d3cmirsdb60x3h.cloudfront.net/schematics/hitachi/nv83a2.big.pdf

Be sure to check all parts for damage, such as scarring on metal parts that might cause nails to stick later.

This site is a good place to get parts. Very fast delivery!

Hope this helps. If it does, I'd appreciate a 4 thumbs up. Thanks,

Handie Andie

Finish Pro 32 is Leaking air out of the exhaust cap

You have worn or broked o-rings/seals inside the gun. The Finish Pro 32 is one of Senco's older guns and they no longer offer a repair kit for this gun. You have to go to a site like www.senco.com or www.ereplacementparts.com, find a breakdown of your gun and order each part you need. If you are going to rebuild the gun order all the o-rings/seals (Senco parts that start with LB) and any other parts that may be damaged like the piston stop, springs, etc. Lubricate the o-rings with light grease as you put them in and make sure to oil the gun regularly when you are using it to make your work last.
